Shipping Policy
We can ship to Ireland, UK and Europe.
We use standard post, for registered post please contact us for shipping charges.
Please use a work address if you are not going to be at home.
We email the invoice and goods are dispatched following receipt of payment.
All of myRoberta.com’s products are fully guarantee to meet your satisfactions
and we take all reasonable care in packaging every item for shipping.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Cheque (Euro only)
• Credit Card via PayPal

Here are our current shipping rates.

Ireland: €7.00, weight not over 2Kg
UK & Europe: €12.00, weight not over 2Kg

We are not responsible for goods once they are shipped. If you haven’t received your goods within 10 days, please contact us with your order number.

Returns Policy
Please take great care with inputting personal details as we cannot accept any liability for mispelt name once the product has been ordered.

Refunds cannot be given in cases the consumer is in error.

We offer a 100% refund on the total price including postage if the mistake is ours and must be notified to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been received. This is because all products are personalised and cannot be resold.
